Warranty terms
I exercise at my own risk at Phoenix Pole Studio and release Phoenix Pole Studio from all legal liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur that are not directly attributable to the fault or negligence of the trainer or owner of Phoenix Pole Studio and I am personally responsible for my own belongings and/or valuables. It is my responsibility to notify the trainer of any injury, illness or condition that will affect my exercise. I fully understand that the practice of any physical activity may involve a risk of accident or injury. I confirm that I have reached the age of 18.
Courses and times
Students must register in advance for all courses or classes they wish to attend.
It is not permitted to register for beginner +, intermediate or advanced difficulty levels without having completed a beginner course, all previous difficulty levels and/or received an assessment from a trainer that a student may register for a specific difficulty level.
Open pole sessions are meant for those who are currently practicing pole or have practiced before.
Both in courses and in individual classes, it may happen that students need to share a pole.
Court of proper venue
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. Should a dispute arise or if the parties believe that they have a claim against Phoenix Pole Studio that cannot be resolved by agreement, such dispute or claim will be referred to the District Court of North Iceland.
House rules Phoenix pole studio

Those who practice pole fitness at Phoenix pole studio are in the training room at their own risk and must be careful and follow the coach's instructions at all times.

All jewelry and other items that a student is wearing that could scratch, dent, or damage the equipment must be removed before training begins. The jewelry itself could be damaged, the student could be injured, or the equipment itself (the pole) could be scratched. Students are responsible for any damage to the equipment they cause.

It is absolutely forbidden to say, "I can't" in any way during a workout. It is completely unnecessary to create in yourself the feeling that you can't do something.
If students do not follow the rules, Phoenix pole studio coaches have the authority to expel students from the training room.
